EC shall adopt implementing acts to establish a harmonised label and specifications for the labelling requirements and formats, including where provided through digital means, for the labelling of packaging referred to in paragraphs 1, 2 and 4.

In order to support Member States in achieving the packaging waste prevention targets, by means of implementing acts, EC shall adopt a correction factor to account for the increase or decrease in tourism in relation to the base year 2018.

EC shall publish guidelines explaining Annex V in more detail, including examples of the packaging formats in scope, and any exemptions from the restrictions, and provide a non-exhaustive list of fruits and vegetables that are excluded from point 2 of Annex V.
