Delegated Decision (EU) 2026/429

On 6 May 2026, the European Commission published a Delegated Decision (EU) 2026/429 exempting certain economic operators that use pallet wrappings and straps from the 100% reuse requirements set out in Articles 29(2) and (3) of PPWR, following the two-month scrutiny period of the European Parliament and Council. The Decision will enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the EU Official Journal.
